Part of our company’s core practices, is to consider the environmental impact of our actions, and constantly seek to improve them. Product returns are an increasing environmental problem, so, we aim to provide a high quality product, and all relevant information to minimize this practice. But we understand that sometimes it happens that the piece does not fit or isn’t what you expected. In that case we are happy to take your return.
RETURN POLICY
- You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your item(s).
- To be eligible for the return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition with all labels, and original packaging remaining.
- We do not accept exchanges. Please make a return and a new purchase instead.
START A RETURN
- Contact us at info@petitfrompoa.com.
- Write “Return” and the “Order #” on the subject line and body of the email.
- Briefly explain the reason why you are returning the item. We are constantly aiming to improve our products and our customer’s satisfaction, so, your feedback is important to us.
- Items sent back to us without the customer first requesting a return, will not be refunded.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a shipping label for you to return your item(s).
- When we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If everything is ok, as per our return policy, you’ll be issued a refund on your original form of payment.
- Please observe that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so, that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
