RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 30-day RETURN & EXCHANGE policy, which means you have 30 days from the day your item was shipped to you, to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a RETURN or EXCHANGE, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


RETURN (Return Shipping Fee of US$ 9.95)

To start a RETURN, simply contact us at info@petitfrompoa.com. Write "Return" and the "Order #" on the email body. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label for you to return your item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the return shipping fee of US$ 9.95. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE (FREE Shipping both ways)

If the size that you received does not fit you as desired, we will be glad to exchange for the correct size FREE of charge.

To start an EXCHANGE you can contact us at info@petitfrompoa.com. Write "Exchange" plus your "Order #" and specify the desired size on the email body. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label for you to return your item, and will ship your new size as soon as we receive the original one.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so, that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

GIFT CARDS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
